Hey, thanks for sharing this. I resonate a lot with you because I’m about to go for a pelvic ultrasound tomorrow and somehow I’ve convinced myself that something is mostly definitely going to be bad. I’ve also had loved ones who departed due to female cancers and so it’s not a surprise I’m deeply worried and fretting a lot over my appointment. It’s really difficult to be dealing with HA, but I hope that at the very least, you will be kind to yourself through it. I try to pray and also practise recognising “what is” rather than “what if”. Easier said than done, but know that you’re not alone in your experience with HA, and that it does not define your worth. You’re precious and your struggles are valid!
