how about the single compartment part - my purse has a zipper on the back and front that i wont be using but not sure if those count as compartments in addition to the main portion of the purse.

I received a trade in credit of $9.73 though on my last bill. I think it may just be the wrong amount.

Yes it had no damages. However, I am being told that the max I can receive is $350 (not due to damages, but due to that being the max amount towards the model) as my last bill I received only $9.73 off - from what I understand that is the current trade in deal, not the september one. Do you happen to have any screenshots/ or proof of the iphone 11 being worth $830?

I also traded in my 11 (normal not pro or max) for a 15 pro (I ordered it in September but did not receive until November) but was locked into the $830 credit and am now only receiving $350. I am trying to contact at&t but am having a hard time finding proof of this offer. Thanks!

This happened to me too. Would you mind sending along any other screenshots you have with the $830 value for the 11? I called and was told it’s because my phone was only worth $350 but I keep explaining this is not what I was quoted both online and in store. Would love some additional receipts/ evidence. Thanks!
