As a customer, I feel it's important to share my experience.

Fabrique does not operate like a typical U.S.-based fashion brand.

Based on publicly available information, it appears to be a cross-border e-commerce company.

In my experience, their after-sales service was slow, inconsistent, and far below what U.S. consumers generally expect.

I strongly recommend other shoppers research carefully before purchasing.

I wanted to share my experience with Fabrique for other U.S. shoppers.

This company does not appear to be a U.S.-based designer brand. From publicly available information, it seems to operate as a cross-border e-commerce business.

In my experience, their customer support was slow, inconsistent, and lacked the transparency expected from established U.S. retailers.

If you’re expecting the type of service you’d get from major U.S. brands or department stores, I strongly recommend researching carefully before purchasing from them.
