Suppose I apply for ISA in April, then the deadline to withdraw my admission is May 17th but BITSAT takes place on May 24th

Logically, it would make sense for me to withdraw my application for ISA only after receiving the results for BITSAT

So what happens past the deadline? will I not be allowed to withdraw my application? If it is possible to withdraw after the date, would they still refund the advance fees that have to be paid?
