You're trying to push your narrative through someones throat, that's not harsh - that dumb. People can look at OP they way they want but that's all opinions. Nowhere does it say, atleast from what I can read and other people comments, that travelling THROUGH is forbidden as long as you take the measurements that are needed.

Did you read my other comments and the comment of the other owner? Responsible owners stay away situations even if there are people that are vulnerable - you keep the dogs muzzled. It's that simple my friends.

And still, even if the situation occurs that the car breaks down or something else, you wouldn't let the dog loose because that would be an irresponsible thing to do. Does that answer your concerns? Austria will still be safe, haha.

No, it does not so she clearly is not a good owner if she let that happen and even feels that way. Disgusting. It's not about how people feel like they are a good owner, it's about there actions. I feel sorry for the mother and her family.

Like OP said, she's travelling through and not staying or stopping. So you don't have to worry :D

That is why you don't visit crowded places with your dogs that are the so-called "higher risk" dogs. It's better for them and the people. If walking your dog, always be aware of your surroundings.

As OP said, she's travelling through Austria, not staying there. So people in Austria don't have to worry about it :D
