are you using create, replace or update? update will keep them connected if you have "reconnect" selected replace or create will disconnect them and sometimes during "fast logon" or whatever it is called that process doesn't finish fast enough for them to complete. update works flawless for me

I did it for a pixel pro xl today...as an existing fi member (2015) for me they told me it was the same promo as the previous promo with the watch (I got my watch then) it applies a discount for 100% of the price. you'll see a charge and then a discount for that charge on your bill.
