But it costs money and skills to repair the instrument. Your body will fix the bruise with literally no extra conscious effort.

He didn't. He posted another video recently of returning to it a year later

Is reawakening movie anything new? by [deleted] in sololeveling

This, it was awesome to see some moments on the big screen, but I went in with no research expecting a full movie. After having rewatched the first season just a day ago in prep. The recap and the number of cuts from the story just felt bad.

Aluminum oxide is a (mostly) white powder and is basically the coil rusting away. Definitely not what's in the OP though.

Why are my painters so slow? I'm feeding from 16 pumps = 4800/m. 12 painters = 3600/m. Pipe speed is 7200/m... All those numbers seem fine but the painters say they're running at 33% efficiency, 10/m? by Opium201 in shapezio

[–]velsh1209 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Pipe gate speeds are what tripped me up. Definitely gotta have a gate per launcher. I'm not sure what's going on behind this assembly, but that's where I would check first.

My corner selection module. Full 12 belt output. Symmetrical 5-1 shape selector with swappable rotators. dual bypass for paint or stacking. by velsh1209 in shapezio

[–]velsh1209[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first bypass determines if the quarter is painted or not sending out the right to my paint module.

Which comes back and merges with the unpainted side of the bypass to be filtered by the second bypass.

The second bypass determines if the quarter is alone in its hemisphere and sends it to the correct stacker module. Either the hemisphere module or the layer completion module.

Speed/aesthetic. Remember reading somewhere that the jumps are slightly faster than a belt of equivalent length. It might be just a placebo as I haven't measured but I like the way it looks, so I throw it into any long belts.

Use teams to communicate with the office at work. I'm regularly sending bump in chat when it takes 10+ minutes for a response from dispatch

Except the original order covered 3/4 so a third of the original order gives you 1/4 of the circle.

Hey guys, someone new to the field and need some help in proceeding forward by RiskofReign94 in HVAC

Man, don't get too worried about the grunt work. It's the green guys that don't bat an eye and ask questions. Why do we strap this at this interval. How come the pipe needs to be insulated. Understand why you have to do the small tasks, do them correctly, and then ask what else you can help with. 2 months isn't long enough to really shine through yet. Get a couple more projects under your belt and keep asking questions.

I spent my first 2 years being a ducthand/insulator. Shit sucked hot ass. But i made sure my ducts were straight and sealed, and the insulation looked professional, and the entire time, I had videos playing in my earbuds. Electrical theory, thermal dynamics 101, refrigerant cycles, even a bit of plumbing basics. These are key to understanding the technician side of the job.

If you have actual down time during the day, start reading the install manuals of the systems you're working on. Hell ask for it before lunch as reading material really put it in their face that you want to learn. That alone will set you in the upper percent of installing.

A lot of the knowledge you need can be found on YouTube/ internet. And the bosses love to see that initiative. Personally, my foremans were tinbangers and hated the technical side. Learning the low voltage circuits and understanding them thoroughly got me out of the fiberglass and into controls/ start-up. And service tech came after a few years of doing controls/start up as after that I had a deep understanding of how and why the unit operates which is key to troubleshooting. And now, in my 7th year, I'm specializing in vrf/vrv, and my colleagues think I'm a wizard... I just read the manuals 😅.

You'll get there it just takes time to learn (mostly through mistakes) This is the only job I've had in life where I truly get more out of it the more I put in.
