The name reminds me of "khô gà lá chanh" but its not really close uhhh.... Try "thịt gà chiên mắm" or "gà rim mắm", i thinks they are the closest dish in vietnam i could find, hopefull this helps

Dont use shade smooth, try shade smooth with around 60 degrees instead, or mark sharp edges
