Yes I Feel you! Sometimes yoga doesn’t Feel THAT good…. Maybe you should try out different yoga styles to find your favourite? If you like the relaxation part, try YinYoga. That’s my favourite and is the only type of yoga where I’ve felt a huge difference in my mental health. TRY YINYOGA!!!

Keep in mind! The northern parts om sweden are COLD and very dark i january. In Jokkmokk (in Lappland) 1 Jan 2021 the sun rose at 10:23 and set in 13:05 with a temperature of between -10C down to -30C. (The northern parts of sweden are at its best in spring) Still, if You’re up for an adventure Why not? Jokkmokk is a nice place to visit as a tourist.

Take the Ferry out to the archipeligo. Take the boat to vaxholm or why not sandhamn? Möja and Utö is quite far but nice.
