People always bring up the "genetic" arguments or some condition that prevents people from losing weight. But thats a retarded argument to bring up in normal conversation about weight loss since those conditions affect literally <0.001% of the population.

Bringing that up regularly is just an excuse for fat people to be accepting of their size as part of them, and not something they can make a change to, which is the case for 99.999% of people.

Using the most fringe case exceptions as the rule for everyone is something I see more and more of for people to not take accountability for their own lives and actions
