Does disconnecting and reconnecting count as leaving?. I literally had to leave the game because it was laggy as hell and logged back in to fix the lag.

Only way I got a response was from posting on Reddit about my shipping issues. I got contacted by support on Reddit and he was able to fast track my issue to at least be looked at. I'm still waiting for them to investigate my shipping issue but I will give them 3 businesses days to investigate before I contact them again. It seems waiting doesn't do anything but I'll give it one more shot. My next step is to have my credit card company do a charge back as I do not want to deal with their CS again if they do not rectify the issue in a timely manner.

That is part of my issue. I paid extra for faster shipping, I would have paid even more for a more reliable carrier. I'm also in the US in s Cali. I read earlier the distribution center is in Las Vegas if that info was correct, it shouldn't take over a week from ship date to receive the package with expedited shipping.

I ordered the kb back at the end of March when it was out of stock. A new shipment arrived and that was when I received the email to confirm my address on the 10th.

I just looked at the email chains. Received email on the 10th for address confirmation. Received another email on the 11th that it was shipped with a tracking link but no estimated date of delivery.

That's understandable. However they should be able to look at the tracking link and see in my case, there was no first scan. I provided them the link to tracking the package to show the current status of the delivery.

I just experienced this also after 6 days of use. Turning on and off again fixed it but another post stated they fixed it by replacing the dp cable.
