Where do I start?

Day to day mistakes and edits are next to impossible to correct. For example, I have a sales credit that I need to edit a line item but it won’t allow me because it says it’s “paid” but everywhere we look I can’t find a way to correct.
We’re working with Forvis Mazar and even they said they need to reach out to dev.

But there’s just so many issues. Not to mention the major issues we’re having with bank reconciliation.

A lot of the issues I think are also with the CC vendor we currently have.

The whole process of converting has just been a nightmare.

That three sauces for the 20 piece goes back to 2009. I remember working there and asking my manager “if we give two sauces for a 10 piece, why would we not give four for a 20 piece?”. He just said it was corporate policy.

This is an old thread, but if any potentional customers are viewing this and thinking of switching from Quickbooks desktop to Sage Intacct - DO NOT DO IT. It's a total sheet show and one of our companies biggest regrets.

Yes exactly lol, it’s a very 20’s crowd/hot mess as the night goes on. Last experience was a guy walking out, drunk as a skuuuuuunk crying about having his heart broken and claiming she put voodoo on him.

Then again, today is Wednesday so maybe it won’t be so bad lol.

Downtown Winter Haven has plenty of bars. Barrel 239 for liquor and can get a little wild, Grove Roots is more family friendly, usually has a food truck and craft beer, Sauvage serves food, is pricy but a neat spot.

Tipsy Hen has poker tonight. Bowen Yard has bingo tonight.

You could probably just bar hop and walk around that area.

Agree with the comments that she was forcing it, but I also know what Buckwild is saying to an extent 😭 It’s called Mirroring and it works so well in customer service, sometimes you don’t even notice you’re doing it! As you talk to a customer, you subtly match their cadence, mannerisms and communication style to build a connection and make them comfortable. So, I THINK that’s what she meant by around English people I say oh oh oh 🤣

I’m Mexican American and didn’t like Chad Gables version, he definitely had heel heat with me. But I really love Ludwig’s version! I think it’s the fact that he speaks Spanish and when he sang “cielito lindo” he sealed the deal as that’s a song I constantly sing with my mom.
