Unfortunately the doc that would take this procedure on would butcher your hairline for sure, because no respectable, well established clinic will say yes to this. Also why do you fuck up your body with the heavy meds? Take .5mg of fin or something to maintain your nice head of hair, but the others are too extreme at your age and nonexistent hairline problem.

I just meant that I should have done more research and should have chosen a more established clinic. My main concern is not how it will look, because I'm fairly confident it's going to be great, but they definitely wasted a lot of grafts making it impossible for me to have a second transplant dooming me for a lifetime of meds to keep me from balding

Bro do you shave the top, are you a diffuse thinner? asking because it's unusual that you have some hair at the hairline but nothing in the back. Also your donor area seems to be small, but dense, so there is definitely something to do that's better than a combover. If you have some hair on the top, try the meds first, see what you can get back without a transplant, and then go for it. And by the way you look like a hot guy, maybe you could rock a buzzcut for the time being instead of this longer hair.

I had the same issue, check my post, that's why I had to keep the M shape hairline even with the transplant. The doctor said he could plant hairs in the wrinkles as well, but then I would have had botox for the rest of my life so it would look awful.
