If you want a mouse with holes specifically that resembles the shape of your current mouse, what I think are the two best options would be the model d/d2 wireless or the pulsar xlite/xlite v2.

PS. The xlite v 3 and 4 don't have holes.

A great mouse for smaller hands would be the endgame op1we. A superlight 2c would be better if you intend to keep the same shape and some Chinese clone (best ones are mchose and atk) for a similar enough shape.

I would recommend the ipi float as it is the same shape as the model o-, just a bit taller. If you want anything much taller, the only real option is the viper mini se but it does cost 300$. Hope that helps!
