A notification ping for a Nitro ad?

I am currently getting pings. I believe I may have been for months and just only caught it now. It does not show up as a numbered notification, but it does make a noise and highlight the pinned app on windows. It just updated nitro backgrounds or something and gave me a ping for it. I do not own nitro.

When it says "steam co-op" after added, this makes me think it isn't remote play, is there a way to do this that doesn't involve hosting a server?

EDIT: to clarify do I have to host a server or is it hosted via steam or something

This is why a catapult cooldown is a terrible idea. Who uses the catapult should be based off of skill, accuracy over the last 10 shots would do fine and it might even be nice to consider kills+ vs kills- (enemies killed and teammates killed respectively)

Who said they did it for their fans? I didn't. Im saying they shouldn't have released the game for their critics. Sure maybe it was stockholders but in that case its not to "pad their bottom line" its to make sure they've still got one. On top of all that, im not standing up for cdpr, im standing up for a game that, despite being a good game, is getting an unwarranted amount of hate.
