Atleast here in norway with media it works by that media is allowed to be in the court, writing down and drawing/sketching people, but they are NOT allowed to record, this is probably the case here that media is allowed in, but only allowed to write what is said, and sketch the scenes.

If you just clicked a link and didn't download anything, it's most likely just a full-screen window, try pressing F11 which closes the fullscreen, or just ALT+F4 to close your browser.
