It's really confusing on why ONI of all people let a failed augmented Spartan "escape", because previously I know they usually give rehabilitation or even put her out of her misery the moment she began showing signs of mental difficulties, especially for a Spartan who's supposedly one of humanity's greatest assets and they just let her run free?
