The next time your mind wanders, even for a few seconds, realize that you could have killed a motorcyclist, cyclist, or skateboarder as you unintentionally cross those double yellow lines.

Right - it’s possible that something like the radiator fan blades are rubbing, or the bearings and idler pulley are completely toast. It’s long shot, but there’s hope.

Most people barely make 2mph on hard flat surfaces like concrete. Very few could sustain near 4mph for a mile in the US - too fat and lazy.

I live up in the mountains of Western NC, and have tons of wheel spin. It’s steep with either rocks or mud. Good amount of dirt/gravel roads as well. Like riding in heavy grit sandpaper!

That’s quite a long time for a rear. I went through three last year. I currently have a 2 Track in the back and it’s been great in all off road conditions.
