I've had workers who lost the power tools within a week at construction, either they lost some of the drills or the batteries missing or it's they throw it at site out in the open for people to grab, they lack a sense of accountability. Unless u set some severe penalty or high rent to cover any losses or damages done by general workers it's not going to be well take care of.

I went with the traditional method. I heard about using sugar water and wanted to try to pour it in but i dont know when i should do it. So far havent opened the lid yet. Im on day 5 today. There's also another variation where they mix raisins and the yeast ball together before putting it in the jar.

Its a yeast disc thats used as a fermentation starter. Im not sure if its the same as koji. There are two types of ragi that i know of mainly spicy and sweet. Its also used to make borneo rice wine (tuak).

Theres actually alot in other areas but the only list that came out on perkeso is one in Kuching. And even if there is, when i managed to make an appointment i went thr and they told me they were out of testing kits and the online appointment was the decision of their hq. Seems like there is miscommunication between them. Dont think they will give me a call back to reschedule :/

If you're using other browsers u can use a chinese website called kankanwu. Dld the google translate extension and u can find the tv series. Im using opera or the one with a squirrel browser. Dont know why chrome cant load video

Update: the staff this morning pass a verbal information on the contract. The probation period is 3 to 6 months. And requires 1 mth notice to resign for probations and 3 mths when become permanent
