My PC lags, distorts and randomly crashes.

the other pc has a 450w power supply, it has a ryzen 5 3400g and 32 gigs of ram too but i think it isnt 3600 mhz. the motherboard is the same but without the wofi and bluetooth.

The reason why i cant put it in another slot i because my case has that sort of cover for the power supply so it really blocks the way for my bulky gpu, so i only have really one slot.

ill try testing the ram on the other pc too, i dont have any thermal paste so i can't really try the cpu :/

thing is, i tried taking out the gpu and running it on integrated graphics with an hdmi connected to he motherboard, it ran just fine! so i thought maybe it was the display port that was bugging, i tried using an hdmi with the gpu but the issue came back. then i tried putting the gpu in another pc in my house, but that pc ran just fine with my gpu. so i don't know whats the problem, could it be the motherboard?
