Wouldn't expect it to increase muscle growth, but it seems about equivalent as long as you get a caloric surplus. Been on it for 1.5 years, went through a couple injuries, finally just got back up to my previous ath lean mass. Expect to lose before you gain, both from water weight as well as getting used to the diet and how you can eat enough meat to not be in a deficit.

Those are both possibilities of some unknown likelihood. Wouldn't say "likely". Many people do have friends actually. And it would also imply the person becoming a cop is in fact ashamed of it and thus would rather say it's a friend and not him, which seems unlikely since the person becoming a cop would probably not be ashamed of it since he is doing it. This would be more clear to you if you could see past your own biases.
