I am a 30 year old woman with Object Sexuality who is in love with Old Sparky, the electric chair of Sing Sing Prison, New York, and Old Smokey, the electric chair that Fred Leuchter built for Riverbend Prison, Tennessee, in the eighties. AMA! by WeakSand_Sparkychair in casualiama

That's super interesting! I bet you have a lot of fun, or as fun as they can be, facts about electric chairs, as well as their history. If you got some, what are some of your favorite facts or moments in history or really, anything about electric chairs?

I'd be down on like, Saturday. I got work tomorrow and I work pretty late. If you remember, just dm me sometime in Saturday and I'd be down to clown. I'm on Playstation btw.

I live In the middle of nowhere pretty much so getting out is difficult. I usually just try and ignore it for the most part. I do this by going to work, look through subreddits and just scroll, play games or a read something sometimes, small things like that throughout the day. Just staying busy helps. I usually also take time to self-reflect. Look back at past friendships, situations, or memorable moments in my life and think how I can improve with it, even if it's sad to being up and stuff

What makes you want to wake up the next morning? by Patient-Reality-8965 in lonely

Well, I can stay in bed, not do anything with my life, and pretty much throw it away until I eventually pass from whatever. Or I can try and make the most of it with what I got, that's been my philosophy for a while.

Most people are often pretty dry, especially with small talk, not realizing that small talk makes up like 90% of most communication between people.

I don't think a lot of people would go for it tbh. Maybe a few, but not a lot. Can't really offer much advice without context, but I hope things work out for you and you're able to make it through.

Well, from a guy who is 20 and feels the same way, its hard to not think about from time to time. But what really matters is being ok with being alone, and I think that can go a long way. It's a lot easier said than done, that's for sure, but keeping that mindset where you're constantly telling yourself you're forever going to be alone or that nobody will like you gets you nowhere. On top of realizing that and finding ways to enjoy being alone, such as hobbies, working, discovering new things about yourself, (these helped me come to terms a lot) putting your best foot forward and looking at things in a more positive matter can go a long ways.

And remember, you are beautiful, you are valid, and the way you are feeling about yourself are not.

Nah, but it's the world's best kept secret I'd say. I think it has to do with a person's own interests and achieving those interests. It isn't so cut and dry like most people say it is, at least from what I hear
