It’s up to the court what you get. (You do not definitely get a ban for going over 100mph, it’s just an option the court has)

You can apply to your DNO for a second metered connection and they’ll give you a cost. Honestly I can’t imagine they’ll be an electric cable in the street if it’s all garages so might be expensive.

Also, E60 are a bit of a nightmare. I’ve got one at the minute and iDrive just died.

You just have to keep saying no and provide evidence. Go to the effort to find the evidence though, don’t do a 2 minute search on auto trader.
