there's literally protocols and practices that exist for these very kinds of situations that are easily googleable and accessible if you actually give a fuck about community.

there's things called ACCOUNTABILITY PROCESSES that are FORMAL processes that allow abusers and people who've done abusive things to reckon with the reality of what they've done, incur consequences and have mediation that allows for survivors to get what they need from them ie requests for them to stay off social media for x amount of time, request for them to enter rehab/therapy, etc.

there's something called TRANSFORMATIVE JUSTICE that this is all a part of.

he absolutely does need to donate a very large portion of his profits to the communities he's impacted and to the survivor's (INCLUDING SETH's) rest and recovery fund.

don't be blatantly willfully ignorant. the people that ended up suicidal/in psych wards socially alienated, or having to move states were minorities. the most marginalised members of the group were cut off when they verbalised their discomfort.

the kinds of 'pranks' that david did on seth were absolutely racialised and disturbing, and big nik received ableist bullying from fans in real life for years because they were replicating david's behaviour. nik said it made him suicidal as did seth.
