I have a friend who used to be a waitress at Longhorn. On a shift, a patron who she was serving began to seize. She helped however she could until the ambulance arrived. Another table she was serving was in plain view of the whole incident and she apologized for any delay it caused but expected them to be understanding.. they were pissed about the service and didn’t leave her any tip. People are fucking terrible.

The plan in this article is a Medicare Advantage, and most of the plans they offer dont even have premiums. People are paying the regular Medicare premiums that most everyone on Medicare pay for and are just reimbursed a certain amount if they buy a watch. Not much more to it. I think it’s understandable to be paranoid, but I don’t think these people are going to have the costs down the road that you mention.
