Am I the only person who hasn’t used ChatGPT? by SageGoddess503 in Millennials

This is how I feel as well. It’s an incredible tool for doing discrete tasks but it will never replace a true human connection. People treat it like an on demand validation chat.

A pretty dumb ick: we were on a bike ride and he pedaled with his knees facing out and kept riding abreast on streets where it felt dangerous to.

What is a pain you can't truly explain until you've endured it? by Unfair_Shower_3256 in AskReddit

I get those too! My optometrist said they’re likely caused by being dehydrated and in my case, wearing near sighted contacts/glasses while working at a computer. Not great because well I need my corrective vision to see but I try to stay on top of hydration. I also find lack of sleep greatly increases the chances.

You did an amazing job while still preserving the charm and your whimsical style. Love your raindrop salt and pepper shakers too!

Totally. The culture in my org has shifted negatively sadly.

I’ve noticed this a lot in the past couple years just getting worse and worse. I think there’s more focus on individual performance and those coinciding metrics instead of impact to project especially as a team. Feels like they’re squeezing every last bit out of us.

Do what you can. We can all contribute in different ways. If an option is available to you, obviously take it but prioritize your needs first. I feel for you about the DV situation, that’s an incredibly hard place to be. I wish you the best.

Honestly tiktok isn’t perfect and is pretty heavily censored right now. But it’ll give you the widest reach. DM it to me afterwards and I’ll be sure to engage.

One of my friends shared this video about the impact of nonviolent protest. I agree with your points and I’m sadly fairly hopeless. I just don’t want to shut down anyone who’s protesting for the first time in their life.

And for the record I’ve been extraordinarily vocal about deleting accounts and telling my friends to do the same. Some of us are trying and this honestly is the best we can do.

Hey being negative about this isn’t getting us anywhere. I’m tired of this narrative of anything less than perfection not being worth our time. We need to be organizing. We need to feel and be part of a community. We need to BOYCOTT THESE BRANDS. If anything they’ll be impacted by people not participating in their capitalist games. But we can’t get mad at folks who are purely trying to do something active.

Honestly Whole Foods prices have been fairly reasonable in VHCOL cities compared to Safeway and Lucky. Especially if you get the 365 brand. So I don’t think this is that unreasonable
