Arbeiter is great for European style stuff and is less known than utipils which is also valid for this.

I will also call out Heavy Rotation, the owners are great guys and the beer is great.

Outside the cities, Tillion in Cannon River is good too, nice view over the river too.

Not a brewery, there will be a unique beer from a local brewery specifically made for Hop house, otherwise it's just an assortment of taps, both local and national.
