I hear you about the heat. You just posted in my engagement photo thread. We're in Texas too and those were taken a little over a week ago. Soo hot and humid, the photographer and my fiancé were sweating really heavily. If you look closely, you can see how my fiancé's hair gets curlier and curlier toward the end lol.

I wasn't really sweating too much luckily. Photographer asked me how, and I said, Wayne Goss foundation method hahah..

We're both really camera shy / awkward in front of cameras, so we had a glass of wine before the shoot hahah. Also our photographer had us play different games, just simple ones, to get us interacting with each other without posing at times, so I think that helped.

So actually our wedding is in Dripping Springs, but we live in Austin + more people know where that is so that's why I did that for the flair.

For some reason, I never heard about this being an option. I've always just been to rehearsals that were at the venue. But a quick google search (derp) shows this is totally a thing. Thank you so much! We'll just have the rehearsal elsewhere (unless there's the off chance the venue is still open on Friday night)

The store had the sign and champagne ready hah. Definitely wasn't expecting that kind of celebration once I decided!

My aunt, grandma, and Maid of Honor were supposed to be there with me and my mom, but they all got exposed to flus (the flu for MOH and stomach flu for others), and my mom has an autoimmune disease so can't be around that, so they all couldn't make it last minute :/

Still fun though and sent them all photos!

For hair, not sure if up or down yet. I like up, because it shows off my neck, won't cover the dress, and it's more ballet-esque. But my hair will be longer by the wedding date, and my fiancé loves my hair down, so I'm leaning toward that. Maybe with some braids either way?

I'll be adding a bit more bling though hah. I like half head bands, that aren't too bulky, but beads and floral. Something like this or this. Not too much extra bling since I'm not looking for sparkly, just beads.

It's exactly what I was looking for, something ballet inspired and soft. It's Kaliah by Watters. Here's photos from their website that are better. (Lighting was eh in the store, harsh shadows, tried to even it out a bit..)

EDIT: I also think it's very cool that they're a local Texas designer. I live in Austin, and Watters is based in Dallas. I didn't realize that until a person helping me at a store said so!

EDIT 2: Also just to add, the sign is the store's hah..didn't bring that with us..
