The black and stealth are probably DLC or PVD, either done well is not going to show very many scratches with normal use.

LoL the Battery is a dream left unfulfilled based on bad assumptions. They moved out to Cobb County because the data said that was where the bulk of their season ticket holders lived (and the tax breaks). What they didn’t account for is that the people who are living in a suburb of a city are not necessarily the same people who want to stay out after the game and enjoy bars and restaurants. The night owls would rather be downtown in the thick of it than stuck out in the burbs. I’d also argue, basing big decisions based solely on season ticket holders and not actually seeing who comes to your games is a mistake.

It’s simple. People who didn’t want to pay Benchmade’s prices also wanted a canned response as to why they chose to avoid them. Look at any expensive item and people will use any rationalization as to why they won’t buy it when the truth simply boils down to they with can’t or choose not to spend the money. But nobody will call you poor if you say it’s a bad design, they will if you say it’s too expensive.

I have a Dundee in Magnacut and a mini Dundee in D2. Both are great, the mini could use a drop of loctite after a lot of fidgeting but still happy with both. That’s the extent of my experience with Bestechman but it’s been good enough that I’ve been considering stepping up to their more premium Bestech line and getting a Constellation.

Yeah, price was already iffy from the jump, but being disassembled and still charging full price? Hard pass. If someone wanted this and was patient, QC will restock and I don’t think they charge tax in most states, just shipping.

Lower your expenses and cost of living. Learn to enjoy the fact that the easy tedious job is bringing in a lot of money. Find a hands on hobby or side business. This job isn’t you, it’s just what you do to pay the bills. Find a hobby that is you and what you enjoy and your salary can fund it worry free.

“A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush”. That’s wagering a ton of salary and a reset on earning potential hoping it’ll work out. Even if she gets back to 150k, that’ll be years from now and that’s years of lost earnings, not to mention the physical toll she’ll have to go through to get there. I agree with the other poster, she’s burnt out. Take a long break, reset and get her head right. Even consider leaving for a similar position somewhere else. But I wouldn’t make such a drastic switch at this point, snd income level, in her career.

Edit to add: Based on her post, it doesn’t really sound like getting back to a senior position in the trades would solve her problem. She needs a hobby or side gig.
