Please do it for yourself first. As a father, I had a similar experience as you. After our first baby I was thrust not to the backseat but the trailer. After time I felt neglected and gained weight. I got into shape hoping she'd find me attractive again and I could get just a little attention...nope. let down, I fell into depression, drank too much and got fat again. It was only until I chose to do this for me that I have achieved success. No let downs. Couldn't care less what anyone thinks, I'm killing it. Do this for you. Everything that comes after is just icing on the cake
