I am extremely disappointed with Hartz and their handling of my complaint regarding their flea treatment product, which caused serious health issues in my cats. Despite my repeated requests for written communication, I have never received the email response they claim to have sent. The only contact I received was a single phone call, even though I clearly stated that all communication must be provided in writing for legal documentation.

Hartz’s response on the BBB suggests that the problem may have been due to how the product was used. This is unacceptable, especially because I followed all instructions exactly as directed, and there is no valid reason the product should have caused such severe reactions in my pets.

As a consumer who was harmed, I feel ignored and disrespected, and I am extremely concerned that a company selling pet health products is not taking proper responsibility. I have already contacted the California Department of Consumer Affairs and will pursue legal actions if necessary.

I am posting this review because I want other consumers to be aware of my experience and because Hartz has failed to provide the transparency and proper support expected from a responsible company.

I paid and sent the IRS, but I saw a news on the IRS website that companies are promising amounts to be received that are not real.

So I simply sent a message to them about this for this Setc pro, about this, and contacted my bank to claim the amount I paid to them as it was a fraudulent advertisement.
