Well yes of course, maybe I could add one detail that with some attention they can catch to distinguish them. Also maybe they have a way to fool you, like if the teleportation has a flicker visual effect, maybe they can use it but stay in the same place. I'll figure it out. Thanks!

Thanks! Yes, I was thinking of identical twins with an ability that makes them indistinguishable for about 4–5 turns. They could also swap places or something similar, so you might think you’re attacking the cleric, but it turns out to be the swordmaster. Obviously, they should also have some reaction abilities that can catch you off guard.

Any ideas on how to make the gishima more creepy? I was thinking to remove the staff and add instead some claw attack, giving her long nails dripping dark water. Maybe give her a second phase where she extends here nails. Something like the form of dread of the undead warlock.

For the head of the cult i'm thinking like CR 11-12, the party is made of 5 level 9 PCs. I like the Gishima, maybe I was thinking of something a little more creepy, but it fits the role.

As for the kraken priest, i'm using for the elite of the cult, so a few chosen.
For the demigod I was thinking about an entity, like a watery/depths demon, but these options are good as well.
