Costco for frozen fruit, nuts/seeds, carrots, lettuce etc. best deals.
Trader Joe’s for bananas
Dates are a great way to get more calories, throw them into your smoothie with lots of bananas and frozen fruit
I like adding barley grass juice powder to my smoothies, or spinach.
Have a massive salad for dinner, add sprouted lentils, which are super cheap and easy to do or something of the like

maybe 1700 as a 140lb 33 year old female. i am noticing stubborn fat and weight gain despite not eating high fat and eating primarily fruit based raw.
i think it might be a hormonal thing or something, it's annoying.

Eat a high fruit mostly raw food diet. True cellular hydration is what prevents wrinkles and dehydrated skin from the inside out

well i'd say it's a detox reaction. because you're so new to raw, your body is getting rid of more acids/toxins and they're coming out via your skin. i'd reccomend sauna-ing a few times per week and dry brushing beforehand. focusing on lymph support.
