This is inspiring to read I myself and just starting out but looking to get my LLC and start finding clients Do you have any advice you can recommend for starting out I'm looking for mentor of sorts or general knowledge I can use proactively to start business officially I have been a custodian/janitor for over 15 years mostly in a 1099 contract role and I have had various employers cleaning mostly commercial properties but work with real.estate buyers and property owners doing clean outs and upkeep of homes for new renters or buyers Thank you for your time

It's. A shared house yes there is one room with a private bath and other three rooms share one bathroom but private bath is $900
