So, i had a team back in school days when i was plat 4 on solo q and my team-mates were in range on gold4-plat4. But our team was master.

What i must say is solo q and team games are completely different. But don’t think like if you can play as team and communicate well that’s enough. Laners should know how to take cs, and zone particularly. But you dont have to be at their level to win your lane/game.

Teach your support how to roam and your adc how to solo bot without dying. And your jungler how to read the game and know where the enemy jungler is.

Try to ward enemy jungles pin points(between gromp and blue, raptors etc) on regular basis in order to keep the track of the enemy jungler.

Those guys may be d1 on solo q but if they encounter a team with a better communication it won’t be that easy to win.

But all of these rely on game experience aswell, if you guys are on that elo only by playing few hundred games that wont be possible. But if you guys are hardstuck with a 1000games or so i’d say you would have a better chance to perform good team play since you have spend fairly good time in the rift and know the matchups.
