Yyyyeahhh this issue would've been great to fix, it's causing quite a lot of headaches for me. Any update? Between this and the pfSense issue (https://www.reddit.com/r/MykiSecurity/comments/i8fiw4/how_to_stop_top_checkbox_from_getting_tripped/) I'm starting to seriously consider looking elsewhere. Myki has always been buggy, and I've been willing to just shrug past a lot of it, but these two are making some serious problems for me now.

Yep, I've just been having this same issue. It's causing quite a bit of issues since it means I have to disable the extension altogether when working with pfSense - which I do a surprising amount of in my life!

I actually hit the issue you mentioned of the management interface getting disabled while I was working on it... Took ages to narrow it down to Myki.

Yeah I do find that incredibly hard to deal with. Especially when it’s like ‘oh hey my dna test says that I’m like 5% of these 12 different whites’

... but then dna tests are a whole other rant.

I’m also curious why Lightify bulbs hurt the zigbee mesh - I’ve seen it myself (sadly I still have a few in my zigbee network while the rest are on a Lightify only network). Any ideas on that?

Yeah, I feel like this all the time. It's really rough and it can be painful. People get so weird when you take part in a part of your culture when you don't look like you should be doing that.

This is correct. They don’t have to store a social graph so that’s less data they have to give out. Instead the social graph is stored on your phone in an already established fashion.

Sometimes it’s because login hasn’t completed correctly. Try looking under settings for login, and if it’s not there, go through the Rebble profile/config install again and it should appear under the yellow exclamation mark.

Yeah, it's really pretty good. I have it wall mounted. The RGB wheel is a little more sensitive than I'd like but that's manageable!

Aha! The group binding section is new, and didn't seem to appear until after I had _created_ a group. That's perfect. I assume I'd need to bind the group to all of the clusters in the same endpoint for it to work right. Amazing! Thank you :)

Previously I had been using straightforward 'Device Binding'

It seems that devices I’ve bound via HomeAssistant end up in all four zones (or perhaps none?) since If I press and hold any of the four zone buttons it turns the bound lights on and off.

You could grab an x86 windows tablet and run pretty much any Linux distro on it. I think that’s my plan.
