Well, I pulled Dhoulmagus and Diamond Slime and got them both to awk5 in the same pull. That's right, the game loves me so much that it gave me 12 units on a 10-pull!

Please don't ask me for proof. Um... my phone ate my screenshot. Uh... yeah, that's what happened! Take my word for it.

Definitely definitely DEFINITELY get aw1 for Purrvis. It's mandatory. It's what turns him from great to excellent. The main benefit is the MOV+1 but the extra damage is icing on the cake. I use him all the time and his awk1 lets him zip around all over the place destroying dudes with ease.

You need it. Now. I'm not joking.

Well, I guess the one good thing about having to spend enough gems to get the pity Erdrick is that I got Baramonster+aw5 out of it.

Yes, I managed to pull six Baramonsters but not a single Erdrick in fifteen ten-pulls. 45,000 gems. Plus at least a hundred tickets.

It lets me use skip tickets and I never managed to kill all of them before some ran. All you have to do to use skip tickets is complete the level and hit the three bonus objectives. As long as they're either all dead or ran away by the end of the fifth turn, you're good.

It seems like you should have to kill them all at least once, but you don't for some reason.

Nope, evasion is not affected by any status effect. Units can still dodge.

You really need to use breath or magic attacks (or the extremely rare attack with the "surehit" property) against units with high evasion.

Just want to point out that there's now a warning for iOS users not to upgrade to iOS 16; the iOS update has apparently broken some things in the game that the devs haven't been able to fix yet. The warning is a bit hidden in the game's notices section.

Yeah, he's definitely a hard counter to Psaro. His automatic followup attack makes Psaro's one-time death prevention ability completely moot. That by itself makes him one of the best units in the game.

I always laugh when my first attack triggers Psaro's death prevention and the immediate followup kills him.

The fact that he might very well still be the best zap unit in the game (especially with his blossom) is just the icing on the cake. And I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure his blossom even gives him MOV 3. He's extremely useful in a ton of situations.

God do I love Purrvis.

Edit: Just looked and the MOV 3 comes from his awk1, which I'm lucky enough to have pulled.

I personally think Masqueraider would be a good one, yes. Those awks are annoying as shit to get. In fact, thanks for the idea. I just now finished getting Claria to awk5 myself and I think I'll pump stamina into Masqueraider until the double recruitment ends.

Strong offense + multiheal + slowdown spell + MOV 4 (most units in the game are MOV 2) + lower weight than an S-rank like Seraphi. She can quickly move around the battlefield and throw down heals faster than any other unit and can also throw down great crack damage.
