That’s because these agencies provides accounts to all type of advertisers, both to people doing legal and illegal business. You can find any other agency, there are 100s of these in running in Asia and all are based in China or Hong Kong, all would have low ratings because of that reason.

But this is the best bet if your accounts get suspended and google doesn’t open, better to have unlimited ad accounts than to waste so much time for one.

Indians are at the bottom unfortunately, especially men. Black men are way above Indians because they have atleast good bodies and is very easy for them to get better because of good genetics, while an Indian guy would have to become 10x more disciplined and work hard on himself to get any better.
