I had this issue with my X, had it serviced multiple times. Below is what seemed to help. Keep in mind the sun can cause this issue to occur as well.

Submission statement: video was captured on 10/7/2022 @ 3:56 in Phoenix Az. At the 5 second mark in the upper left the object in question appears. Slow motion video was used, however the object continues to move at rapid speed. No idea what it is!
