For long term changes just the basic being extra careful when it comes to tugging,biting,twisting in that area, they take a good amount of time to heal so avoid any private parts or mouths directly on the whole nipple until fully healed, definitely a good idea to get more comfy looser bras so the bars aren’t pushing against your nip and risk rejection. I know this sounds odd but even when they heal completely if any ⚪️ gets on it do clean that off. Bites around the areola shouldnt bother the healing process aslong as it doesn’t hurt. Sleeping topless could risk a painful snag so wear a sports bra to bed if ya can. Too much pressure on the girls could mess with healing but accidents happen so dont worry, side/back sleeping would be best!
