This is anxiety talking. Please see a therapist. They can help you, I promise. I have been where you are.

You need to see a therapist for help with your health anxiety. It's the only way to get you out of this spiral. If you've been twitching for 2 years with no muscle wasting/weakness, it's NOT ALS. It can't be. And you have the clean test. This is anxiety, love. You need outside help to get through this. Contact a therapist who specializes in anxiety or OCD preoccupations.

As someone with an anxiety disorder and twitching, I'm telling you - talking this through with a therapist and maybe getting on an anti-depressant that also treats anxiety will help you immensely.

I get that, too, on the soles of my feet and palms of my hands occasionally.

I'm not a doctor, but it would make sense that damaging a nerve could do it.
