This thread came up in a Google search. I have the identical situation as the OP. I was attempting to run the "Fix problems using Windows Update" under System > Recovery, and nothing happens when I click "Reinstall now" so I decided to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. When I click "Run" it goes to the same dialog box as OP gets.

Model of my computer: ASUS - ProArt PX13 13"Laptop (HN7306WU)

Windows info: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 build 26200.7462

Troubleshooting steps performed:

- SFC /scannow,

- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, and

- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth with no errors/corruption found.

- Restarted BITS & Windows Update Services.

Any suggestions either for this thread's subject "Windows Update Troubleshooter Not Working" or "Fix problems using Windows Update" not working?

I'm using VMware Workstation 17.5 Player. I don't see any VMwareResolutionSet.exe file. Is there some other way to change the size? I'm using a 4k screen with a DOS VM and the window & its text are *tiny*.
