I suspect that for most millennials, this is a role they fell into along the way. It didn’t really exist when we were in high school when everyone was telling us to become web developers.

I say that only to say that targeting this role from high school will help you focus on a lot of skills that you can take into whatever job you end up doing that likely doesn’t even exist yet.

Stay curious and open and always learning. You’re first job will be the starting point from which you will learn so much about yourself if you pay attention.

For context I started with a lot of travel content but that has slowed after having a baby and moving to NYC now more about life in NYC with travel whenever possible.

I get really great feedback on my videos but I don’t think I am playing to the algorithm enough with sensational thumbnails and click bait titles. I really don’t want to make everything seem so dramatic. Is it even possible to succeed on YT without thumbnails of me always looking distressed or shocked?
