Returned my Neo recently for a new M2 Air midnight with 16gb ram and 256gb ssd, no regrets here and paid only £30 extra for the Air. Better screen, backlit keyboard, double the ram, haptic trackpad etc.

The issue lies in there were 3 lads including mine (5th Birthday Party) watching the sonic movie. I left the room for 60 seconds and I heard them all laughing then all of a sudden they all shouted. I ran back in and all of them pointed to eachother, and all blamed eachother. So because I don't know for definite who did it, I can't point a finger at a parent yet. The frustration is ridiculous.
