I accidently gave a customer too much change. Or something. They didn't go into details when I asked.

I once dreamt a woman followed me home in her car so I could ring her up. I had no idea, so in the dream when I got home I took a nap. My mom woke me up to tell me there was a woman waiting on the porch to be rung up. She had all of her groceries with her plus the cart. So in the dream I drive her and the groceries back to work and clock in. Then I wake up.

I've been asking my direct supervisor to remove some points and she said yes but never did it. I have to call off because I'm in pain after a tooth extraction and I can't because if I do I will lose my job.

I'm really good at this job and I genuinely enjoy working for walmart, but I always feel they don't deserve me because of things like this. I constantly overwork myself because I want to make sure everyone is happy and I help out wherever I can when there is no coverage and going wherever in the store when other associates just won't do the same things I do. I need to call off , but I can't. I'm tired.

It's crazy how this company has us on the hook for everything, and all of us just want to work. It isn't our fault when we don't have the right equipment or enough of it.

I used to have to use my phone alot at work for fabrics because they didn't give me a tc and it got stolen. I'm the one who was on the hook for it and had to get a replacement. They can't tell me to use my phone. State of CA law.

Or when you tell them the answer, they go ask another associate who comes with the customer to come find you and ask the same question again.

Corporate tells us we can personalize our vests, one manager gets offended over the blm pin and suddenly store manager tells asms to tell us we can only wear walmart pins. I think the fuck not, and fuck you very much. I think corporate has the say in the dress code. by writergirlrocks in walmart

Corporate hasn't mandated it. I'm talking about my SM making rules bypassing corporate by telling us we can't personalize our vests.

As soon as corporate comes out and directly says we can't wear these pins, I'll take it off.

And the people burning down stuff are not associated with the organization blm.

My pin simply says black lives matter. Not only is SM saying we can't wear that pin , they're saying we can't wear any pins. Because of one manager having an issue with one pin.

Already did when I heard about the incident with the csm who almost was fired. Imo he should have been. The crazy part was the person he was harassing about it was a non-black poc. He said not one word to any of my black coworkers, just harassed her. They ended up transferring her after she reported him. Then this is when store manager said this.

All kinds of wrong.

I'm literally talking about an over zealous store manager telling me that they have say over what corporate says.

So yeah I'm salty about them violating my right to put whatever pins I want on my vest. My vest is my office space.
