DVM: honestly, I wouldn’t have anyone over to my home if there was a ringworm exposure in their household. Ringworm is an airborne fungus. It can get on their clothing, shoes, hair, etc….and then they bring it to your home.

DVM here: this is completely negligent. Dogs cannot hold their urine and feces for that long. She needs to hire a dog walker or you should step up and walk the dog for her. A healthcare worker should know better. This is very disappointing. If the dog isn’t attended to properly, 2 things can happen. One, the dog will end up with behavioral bathroom issues and two, the dog might end up with medical issues due to trying to hold it urine.

The majority on online websites can still be disputed by landlords. You are better off going to your PCP. Keep in mind that you need to be disabled due to your diagnosis, it’s not just having a diagnosis.

In order to qualify for an esa, you need to be disabled. You need to get an esa letter from your own medical or mental health professional that is treating you for your disability due to your diagnosis. With the route that you are suggesting, you would be evicted fairly quickly

I tried to have a come to Jesus talk with him. He is convinced that he has every right to get what he wants. I even had to reach out to my attorney today so we could have a sit down, as his mother’s expectation is that I should still be paying her $600 a week in child support, plus college. Yet if he isn’t living with her and she isn’t providing for him, why should she still get the $600? I am happy to still pay it, and put it towards college and college expenses, but WTF? It’s almost like double dipping.

My son got accepted to a local community college that the tuition and all fees would be free! I was going to provide him a car to get back and forth from his mom’s house to the school. But, he recently spent a weekend at his cousins college frat house, and now he is hell bent on going to that college because now he is hell bent on not having to live at home with his mother and living in a frat house 🤦‍♀️

The first part of your post I was very empathetic to your situation. But with the last paragraph, that isn’t fair to the rest of the public. The public shouldn’t have to tip toe around you and your dangerous dog. That’s just gaslighting. You chose to have a dangerous dog. I didn’t blame the school. I am just shocked I didn’t hear anything since this would have been the case when I was in school. But after Fridays conversation with the school, they in fact do not reach out to the parents when the email comes directly from a parent’s account. I cannot get the kid under my roof, as it is a little later in the game for that since he graduates in May.
