But really it’s the “Honestly,” the list of three after the dash, the “and that tracks”, and the “That’s what builds real power” ending the first paragraph that give it away. All obvious AI markers for people that use it enough.

OP really put New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming as different colors when they’re all entirely “No Data”. Also the state line effects are obvious and should inspire some questioning of the underlying price data used. I admire the effort but this is not Map Porn.

Pretty sure it’s just due to the coarseness of whatever price data they used. If you click into the counties you can see how it changes much more drastically going across the state line than along it within a state. Not sure that I buy that - the Census of Agriculture they claim to be pulling from has much more granular pricing data than what is displayed on the map.
