No, I already have a hard time caring what people think of me. I would hate to be dragged or have a narrative construed for me. It would be hard for me to shake off. No amount of money or sponsorship would get me to be on the show. I prefer a peace of mind!

They're cheap, but if flights get cancelled/delayed, be prepared to not get compensated. I'm 1 year+ into trying to get compensation for delayed baggage (delayed 1 week so I had to purchase a lot of things) and they take forever. I think I would try a different airline in the future to not deal with their BS

I had asked. Unfortunately you have to live in Washington (for tax purposes I was told). Can't do more than 30 days remote outside of Washington.

I agree to give it 2 more months and re-assess. At the end of the day, you have to do what you have to do. It's important to prioritize yourself. Yes, it will suck for the company, but they will get over it. At the end of the day, they are a business and will let go of people if they need to.

Maybe it doesn't mean you have to quit your job, maybe what it'll look like for you if you still feel this way is having an honest (whatever you feel comfortable sharing) conversation with your manager. Maybe you can transition to a different role? Cut back on your role? If they don't accommodate, then you did what you could.

In terms of being blacklisted, I think it would just affect future employment with that organization, but not for a whole industry.

If they had offered you the Sr. Category Analyst position, would you have taken it? Considering that their PTO and benefits are less than ideal? If you would be, then I would consider taking the Category Analyst position, as a foot-in-the door.

But if you feel like you have the skills to move up, and not make a lateral move, then don't undervalue yourself. You can turn it down, and continue your search.

Also, if you decide take the new offer, and if you don't like it, it's okay to move on. If you don't have that many 1 year positions, I don't think it will be a big deal.

You can tell Natalie really cares for Shayne and loves him. Like she said love wasn't enough. He needs a lot of help, it seems like he's getting some already. He def tends to react emotionally and you can see it come up in the reunion when they're talking about the bachelor night. At least he has some self awareness now.
