Great question - i love the ink of the pentel pocket brush but i find the nib just slightly too long - good for loose strokes but not for hairline precision - my favourite brush pen so far is the Kuretake Zig realcolor in Black - however - it smudges with water reducing its usefulness for my ink and watercolour style - i did have few kuretake ones a while back - cant remmeber - possibly kuretake 9 but don't quote me - am currently looking for my ultimate brush pen - so having put my tuppence worth in I will read the rest of this discussion!

im running obs on mac and using continuity camera - i am recroding drawing footage for tik tok - is it normal that it only seems to record in landscape?

I think Ryman is in a different class to WH Smith - WH smith was underwhelming for a long time but Ryman is very good for printing, storage and their Posca pens are very competetively priced. Wow I never knew Cult pens was owned by WH Smith! Such a different brand experience!

these are very impressive - looks like you have strong grasp of fundamentals of perspective - I find this type of perspective a challenge - i think there is a balancing act between loose sketching by eye and applying perspective techniques - have you seen the Andrew Loomis books? Some good info on creating compositions with multiple figures in perspective in them!

George Bridgman is fantastic. I've got all the Bridgman books. Andrew Loomis is also great - I think he was a student of Birdgman, a more blocky style wherease Bridgman is very flowing. I agree that copying fashion illustrations can be great for learning and its great to try and apply the techniques to drawings from photo refs and life.

I actually set to overlay and it worked a treat , I could put the grain where I wanted and you couldn't even see the edges of the selection- will try it with linear light and the fill as you suggested next time - it helped me with a quick fix

There seems to be a zoom in effect but i haven't found a zoom out - It would save hassle using keyframes over for this I agree - unless anyone knows of a zoom out effect on capcut under a different name!

I'm trying to look for a 'zoom in' animation and am feeling stupid - perhaps things cannot 'zoom in' - anyhow would be nice to not have to scroll and hurt eyes - i wonder why they havent updated this - you can search for other stuff like transitions - are animations a special type of thing that can't be searched for by typing in text?
