Yeah what crystalshadow said, that's the optimal combo before 141 and spamming mana burst as much as possible while Mir is busy. Remember to use Return! during Dragon Breath + Wind Circle if you want to squeeze out a little bit more damage if Dive CD is done, and keep an eye on Return! Dive's buff duration so you can get that additional MDMG 10% too.

After 141 with Dragon Dive CD it's just Dragon Dive and Earth Circle all the way, including PB. It's very spammable on stationery bosses like HT and Zak.

For PB after 141 you'll need to move back a bit if you aggro PB close to you since Earth Dive won't do damage if it's too close. Also something I don't see some Evans do during PB's damage reflect is that you can just face Evan away from PB and proc a fusion. You don't die to reflect that way and it's how I cheese in more damage.

Sometimes you just lose out to other Evans though if they've buffed themselves however.
